Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to securely manage payments, logistics, and online transactions.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When you place an order, it constitutes an offer to purchase — we accept only after confirming payment and dispatch.
Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled or modified, as we start preparing your fresh batch immediately.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Shipping, VAT, or promotional discounts may be applied at checkout.
You agree to provide valid and current payment details. We accept payments through Shopify’s secure gateways (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, etc.).
Melt & Crumb reserves the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity or incorrect billing information is suspected.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently deliver across the UAE through our partnered courier services.
Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout but may vary based on location, weather, or courier delays.
Risk of loss and ownership of products transfer to you once they are handed over to the courier.
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused after dispatch.

All content on this website — including our Melt & Crumb name, logo, designs, photos, text, and recipes — are the property of Melt & Crumb and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
