At Melt & Crumb, all our chocolates, cookies, and desserts are handcrafted fresh to order using premium ingredients.
Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

Damages or Issues

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@meltandcrumb.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the affected items and packaging. We’ll review your case promptly and offer a replacement or refund if eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Chocolates, cookies, or desserts

  • Custom or personalized gift boxes

  • Sale items or gift cards

Taste preferences or minor cosmetic variations (since our products are handmade) are not considered defects.

Refunds

If your claim is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
