1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates through trusted courier and on-demand delivery partners.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2 PM (GST) are typically processed the same day.

  • Custom gift boxes or large orders may require 1–2 business days to prepare.

  • We do not ship on Fridays or UAE public holidays.

3. Delivery Time

  • Dubai & Sharjah: 1 – 2 days

  • Abu Dhabi & other emirates: 2 – 3 days

  • During peak seasons (Eid, Ramadan, Valentine’s, etc.), delivery may take longer.

4. Delivery Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
Free delivery may apply for qualifying minimum order amounts (when advertised).

5. Handling & Storage

All chocolates and cookies are freshly handcrafted and packed with care to maintain quality during transit.
Please refrigerate or store as instructed upon delivery to ensure freshness.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

7. International Shipping

At present, we only ship within the UAE. For international inquiries, please contact support@meltandcrumb.com.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos at support@meltandcrumb.com.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
